This virus shows the ISE32.exe properties window asking you if you should restore it from the recycle bin. This is a dangerous virus and is in fact a trojan downloader which will install more viruses from the internet.

You should try to remove this virus as soon as possible as it is undesirable to keep in in your system. Once you remove this virus, your computer will not show the ISE32.exe window on startup. It is noticed that Kaspersky can remove the virus on the first run itself.
